Inya Laskowski, an artist of Austrian birth, has augmented her education and extensive teaching experience with travels in Europe.  She has shown her work throughout the western United States and is known primarily as a printmaker.

Her new work in clay is a rich and stimulating extension of her explorations on paper into the three dimensional world of clay.  With a delicate and nuanced attention to surface and form, her work reflects an intellect of clarity and precision with which she  expresses her deep sensitivity.
