“Elizabeth and Henry's Vineyard” Pinot Noir was truly a labor of love. Delicately handled, the specially selected clusters picked in early morning, were cold soaked for 48 hours and punched down at least three times a day. Aged in 100% French oak for one year, this wine has wonderful balance and purity of flavor. From the seductive oak to the elegant core of ripe, tasty, exotically spicy plum and cherry flavors, this pinot has a long and complex finish. Only 240 cases made.
